Lignum drums are a revelation.

They open new ways and new possibilities in sound and playing that I have never experienced with any other drums before.
They possess an infinite range of dynamics, and respond to the slightest intention. They have the ability to sing !
Their sound is so warm and crisp. I hear and feel a sound very pure and natural, old and new at the same time. Really unique and inspiring.

The job that Gert Breugelmans is doing when making those drums is fabulous and so exceptionnal nowadays. It's pure craftmanship, dedication and love.
