steam bent kits

The very first, fully steam bent (one ply) drum kit is finished.
This poplar kit is made in jazz sizes: 18×14 kick / 12×8 tom / 14×12 floortom + 14×6,5 snare.
Well… I must say, the sound is more than impressive.
I have already started working on the second jazz kit and will work out more steam bent sizes in the future: from 10″ to 22″.
But making the necessary moulds and tooling takes a lot of time.
